    In principal, I don’t think foreigners who commit crimes against the United States should be tried in U.S. courts, nor should they enjoy our constitutional rights. I think that these acts should be considered a national emergency and yes, enhanced interrogation (that we can reasonbly agree on), no miranda rights, no attorney until we have done sum investigatin. Now don’t get me wrong. I don’t want torture cells. I don’t want prolonged interrogation or incarceration without legal representation and some type of trial. But I do want to squeeze out as much information as possible and constitutional rights are a hindrance to this.
