Another chart

According to your chart and this one, the Bush tax cuts created a deficit where there once was a surplus, and Republicans have done much more to add to the deficit than Democrats. It seems that your idealogy doesn’t match who you support politically. If you cut taxes, which obviously everybody would like, you’ve got to cut services. Americans have come to expect both, and now they are pissed that the debt is so high. Yet they scream “Keep your hands off my Medicare!!” That is nonsense and really bugs me.

Well as I’ve said over and over and over, I don’t support Republicans. They are all scumbags who are destroying our future. Tax cuts are great but you can’t double the size of government while you are at it.

And the Republicans are trapping themselves with the “keep your hands off my Medicare issue (which I mentioned on this blog months ago.)

Hey where is 2009? Can’t fit on the chart?

Uh…well…you see…ummm…it’s not that kind of chart.

Even though you vote Republican every election?? 🙂

A couple of things. Keep that chart but look at what party was in charge of congress during these periods. The group that actually presents the budget to the President. The colors will change a bit. I’m not defending Republicans, I’m just saying. Secondly, if a Democrat runs on a fiscal conservative platform and prefers free markets as opposed to bigger government, I will most likely vote for that person. With the landscape now they are hard to find given the voting record of the stimulus, cap and trade and health care.

So keep on trashing talk radio people and bashing Bush while I run the #s, look at issues and explore candidates records. I’ll let you know if one pops out!
