I assume this is wrong?

Reid and other Senate Democrats cited an analysis by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office for the coverage and cost figures. In addition, they said at a news conference, the budget office estimated that the proposal would reduce the federal deficit by $127 billion over the next 10 years and by more than $600 billion in the following decade.

I’m confused. The first paragraph says it’s at a cost of 849 billion and the 2nd paragraph says it will reduce the federal deficit by 127 billion over 10 years.

Anyway. Great video. You have really gotten good over the years!!!! What an awesome jam session. Your drummer needs to stay in key but other than that it was great 🙂 Seriously though. Really, really good.

Thanks. Actually I put an even better one on FaceBook. Much better. I’ve seen your blank mug shot on FB but never friended you because I figure what’s the point, right? But send me a friend request, and check out the vid. I’m actually pretty proud of it. I think you’ll like it. It’s much better than the other one.

I was confused too by the headline. Maybe costs to implement? I don’t know.
