All in three days…

I’m done with Republicans. These are not good people. They are lying, disrespectful, fear mongering, dangerous idiots. Below are some samples of what they have accomplished in just the past three days. Three of them are elected officials and one is appointed. I cannot suspend my disbelief long enough to pretend that these people have any sense of morality at all. Sorry…

Rep. Joe Wilson calling the President a “liar” in a joint session of Congress in front of millions

Rep. Jean Schmidt caught on tape saying “I agree with you” to a constituite about Obama not being a citizen.

Senator David Vitter (he of the prostitution scandal) raising money through a newsletter promoting “death panel” scare tactics.

Florida Republican party chairman Jim Greer saying Obama’s school speech is trying to “indoctrinate America’s children to his socialist agenda.”

You are not doing a very good job taking the other side.

and btw, you don’t have to apologize for calling republicans immoral. i believe that both parties share this vice. you act like i would take offense to that but i don’t. i am as apalled about jean schmidt as i am of any other transgression by any member of congress. and don’t act like the democrats have the high road on this. i can lay out all kinds of shennanigans from the democrats. we could go on forever with this kind of stuff. nancy pelosi, barney frank, chris dodd, charlie rangel, tim geithner, roland burris, william jefferson (i think he’s out now but you get my point). I could go on all day.

and since the gloves are coming off…. Happy National Service Day!!!! What a great way to remember one of the most horrifying days in the history of this country.

Speaking of defending the other side…didn’t hear a word from you about the speech.

You’re gonna pick on National Service Day? Jesus Christ…coming from a person who has never, ever served his country in any way shape or form, who has taken advantage of all this country has to offer, but given nothing back…one would think this would be an excellent opportunity to contribute. But no…it is better to ridicule the silly notion of actually voluntering one’s time in service to one’s country because it is not profit driven, and what good could possible come from that scary socialistic notion? Urstupid!!

I’m fine with the day of service, just not on 9/11.
