    Dude, I don’t know. That’s basically accusing him of being a traitor to his country. Why bring this up now? He says previously “The media,” Kengor says, “ignored the revelation.” Really? How convenient.

    He also states: Tunney remarked that the senator wants to run for president in 1988. Kennedy never had plans to run in 88–or anytime after losing to Carter in 80 primaries.

    Also… “with the administration’s approval Kennedy traveled to the Soviet Union in 1986 to act as a go-between in arms control negotiations with reformist Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev”
