Support

Posted in Uncategorized on October 31, 2008 by urstupidnourstupid

I’m just frustrated, that’s all. I find it absolutely incredible that you are supporting McCain. And to basically only consider one issue when there are so many things that need attention. “McCain will be better on taxes” is so incredibly myopic. As well as I know you, it’s just pretty shocking. You are the only person I know except my Dad, who supports McCain. I guess it’s like losing a team member–or worse, one who signs with a rival team. I don’t know. I have to respect you for going with your gut. But you really need some Pepto Bismal! Happy Halloween. And of course no hard feelings!

This is why the McCain campaign is a freakin joke…they are a bunch of liars and losers. They can’t win on issues so they resort to fear and lies. Watch all this. It’s less than two minutes.

Khalidi

From CNN Fact Check (on Obama-Khalidi relationship)

The Verdict: Misleading. While Khalidi eight years ago hosted a political fund-raiser for Obama, the two men strongly disagree over the Israeli-Palestinian issue and there’s no evidence of a continuing political relationship.

Plus…McCain also has ties to Khalidi through a group that Khalidi helped found 15 years ago. The Center for Palestine Research and Studies received at least $448,000 from an organization that McCain chairs. Ouch!!!! Those double-edged swords are sharp!
